Painted pine cricket table c.1880 Ceredigion, Wales. Layers of old paint on the table top, primarily black with traces of a previous red coat showing through in places creating a great contrast. The legs have old red-tinged treacly varnish again with spots of the original red paint showing through. Height 73cm Diameter 51.5cm
