At 25" high x 24" diameter this 19th century copper boiling pot is far larger than those usually found on the market and extremely rare in this shape and size. Beautifully riveted and covered with attractive vivid green verdigris patination. Although originally used for boiling water these now make statement piece planters or log bins. Circa 1860.In structurally sound condition with one small hole to the side and a tiny split to the copper on the rim (please see last two photos).
