A delightfully rustic, pitch pine table with original leather tabletop.

Originally from a haberdasher’s shop in Chester (along with some haberdashery drawers also listed), it is both practical and aesthetically stylish.

The drawer on each end provides extra storage space and the turned legs are styled to complement each other and the overall design of the piece.

It's smaller size makes it perfect for use as a hall table or console table.

Dimensions:

Height: 74 cm, Width: 124 cm, Depth: 64 cm, Height to Apron 54 cm.

Condition Report:

The leather tabletop is in rustic condition and has worn away in a few areas revealing the wood below, which has then been painted to match. This is shown clearly in the photographs however it all adds to the overall charm of the piece. There is evidence of a small amount of historic woodworm which is no longer active. Aside from this, the rest of the table is in good antique condition.
